Install Rabby
Desktop: the browser extension. Mobile: the Rabby app. Either works — MetaMask is a fine alternative.

Create a new address
Open Rabby → Create a new address → set a password to unlock and encrypt the wallet.

Back up your seed phrase
Write the 12 words down offline and store them safely. Never type them into a website or share them — anyone with them owns your funds.

Fund it
Buy USDC (or ETH / SOL) on an exchange like Coinbase or Kraken, then withdraw to your address on the right network. For Hyperliquid: USDC on Arbitrum, plus a little ETH for gas.

Connect when asked
On a site like app.hyperliquid.xyz, click Connect and pick Rabby. You approve every action from the wallet popup.
Your seed phrase is the master key. Sweep, this site, and no legitimate app will ever ask for it.
